Groupon Client FAQ

To ensure your appointment is properly reserved and assigned to a cleaner, all Groupon redemptions must be submitted through our official online intake form. Calling in or providing your code over the phone does not complete your reservation. Your booking is only confirmed and valid once your intake form and signed service terms are submitted on our website.

Your voucher is only processed and redeemed after you complete our online intake agreement and your cleaning service is successfully confirmed. We do not cash out or redeem any Groupon vouchers prior to form submission, ensuring full transparency and adherence to our service guidelines.

Each Groupon voucher covers a specific time-blocked scope of work detailed in your voucher terms (e.g., standard residential surface cleaning within the purchased hours). Vouchers do not cover deep cleaning, heavy debris removal, specialty add-ons, or customized product requests unless explicitly stated or added to your intake booking.

Groupon vouchers are strictly limited to one voucher per household for first-time clients only. Multiple vouchers cannot be stacked or combined for a single appointment or consecutive visits. Additional cleaning time or recurring services can be booked directly through our standard scheduling portal.

All schedule changes must be requested through our online Reschedule Form on our website at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning time. Once submitted, our dispatch team will review availability and send an official email confirmation if a cleaner is available for your new requested date. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable and will result in the forfeiture of your voucher value, as our cleaners are already assigned and dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline service if an unsecured animal poses a safety risk. A Pet Fee of $45.00 per household applies.

If you have specific preferences or delicate surfaces requiring specialty care, simply let our team know during your booking intake.

That is entirely up to you! Many of our clients prefer to provide access via a lockbox, smart lock code, or key drop-off so our dispatch team can work efficiently while they are away. If you choose to be home, we simply ask that the work areas remain clear so our team can complete your scope of work safely and thoroughly within the scheduled timeframe.
